1/4 Avocado
3/4 c French vanilla coffee creamer (sub with sugar or fatfree)
1/3 c Hot cocoa mix (nestle)(sub with sugarfree)
2 c Ice, and more for thicker mix.
4 baby carrots (optional)
small slice of cabbage (optional)
Blend on high speed in Vita mix mixer for about 45 sec use tamper to push in ice.
Serve immediately
